Eligible for a Refund

We offer refunds or replacements if:

• You received the wrong item
• Your order arrived damaged or defective

If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase at support@scratchonbreak.com. Include your order number and a few photos of the issue so we can help you as quickly as possible.

Because Every Shirt Is Made to Order

Each Scratch On Break shirt is printed just for you after you place your order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Changing your mind
• Accidental orders

Please review the size guide on each product page before placing your order.

Order Changes

Need to update your shipping address or made a mistake during checkout? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your shirt enters production, we can no longer make changes.
